Alison Grover FCMA – Head of Finance & Human Resources

Qualified as a Cost and Management Accountant in 1981 and was subsequently made a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in 1995. Her background includes Management and Financial accounting, Strategic planning, Budgeting and Forecasting.

Alison’s early career was spent in the international shipping industry; she moved to Private Patients Plan in 1984 where she was appointed Financial Controller of the Personal Division. She joined Salomons Centre Limited in 1996 as Financial Controller and in 2002 she was promoted to Head of Finance and Human Resources taking on the additional responsibilities for HR.
